Independent three-temperature zone temperature control system:
(1) The upper and lower temperature zones are heated by hot air, the IR preheating zones are heated by infrared radiation, and the temperature is accurately controlled at (+1). The upper and lower temperature zones can be heated simultaneously from the top of the components and the bottom of the PCB, and eight temperature control sections can be set at the same time, so that the PCB board can be heated evenly, the bottom of the large IR preheating zone can make the whole PCB uniform temperature, prevent deformation, ensure the welding effect, and the heating plate can be controlled independently.
(2) BGA chips and PCB boards can be heated locally by hot air at the same time, and the bottom of the PCB board can be preheated by a large area of infrared heater, which can completely avoid the deformation of the PCB board in the process of repairing; through the choice, the upper or lower temperature zone can be used alone, and the upper and lower heating body energy can be freely combined.
(3) Choose high-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control and PID parameter self-tuning system; can display four temperature curves and store multiple sets of user data at the same time, and has the function of instantaneous curve analysis; the external temperature measurement interface realizes the precise detection of temperature, and can analyze and proofread the actual temperature curve collected by BGA at any time. It can analyze, set and modify the temperature parameters on the touch screen at any time.
Accurate optical alignment system: High-definition adjustable CCD color optical alignment system, with spectroscopy, amplification, reduction, and auto-focusing functions, and equipped with automatic color difference discrimination and brightness adjustment device, which can adjust the imaging clarity; with 15"high-definition liquid crystal display.
Multifunctional and humanized operating system:
_Integrative design of high-definition touch screen human-machine interface, upper heating device and mounting head. Equipped with various specifications of titanium alloy BGA air nozzle, the air nozzle can rotate 360 degrees arbitrarily, easy to install and replace.
(2) X, Y axis and R angle are fine-tuned by micrometer with accurate alignment and accuracy up to (+0.01 mm).
